Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

1.         Communicate & Assist Residents or Guests with information & front desk service

2.         Understand & prepare documents, regulations & contracts

3.         Keep track of Residents & Guests request and provide status update back to them

4.         Keep track & send reminder to Residents & Guests on any outstanding payment or fine

5.         Receive payment and work with other operation teams to provide services to customers

Job Requirements

Education Requirements

  1. Diploma (12th grade)
  2. Good at Chinese Speaking

Qualification Requirements

  • Basic computer skills such as MS Office, Internet & Email
