-Developing sales strategies and initiatives required to drive sales in a business organization.
-Performing their duties set and enforce policies and procedures for sales
-Carry out a variety of assessments and analysis to come up with information useful in establishing an effective sales strategy
-Conduct assessments to determine the most appropriate go-to-market model for sales
-Forecasts using predictive models/tools to identify and adjust accordingly to factors with possible effect on sales
-Research and analysis to stay abreast with trends and recent developments in the sales industry
-Proffer recommendations critical for deciding suitable sales strategy and business go-to-market
-Provide sales training to sales personnel in order to enhance their skills and overall efficiency
-Review sales records and develop action plans to increase sales figures
-Contact clients to offer them business proposals or close sales deals
-Follow-up on marketing leads in order to secure and capture potential sales opportunities
-Develop and implement solutions effective for improving sales efficiency and performance
-Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
-Communicate direction, strategies and action plans put forth
by the management team to sales consultants.
-Ensure customer relationship management system is properly
used and maintained by sales consultants.
-Monitor and track sales performance, both by projects and by
individual sales consultants
-Guide and support sales consultants to provide high quality
services to customers.
-Identify improvement areas and take initiative to address
issues concerning sales performance.
-Take care on customer’s relation (requirement, problems solving, documentation).
-Quick response to customer question and well communicate within the team.
-Conduct daily & weekly report and update sale status into company filing system.
-Achieve the target given by Sale Manager.
-Understand the products and company’s services to full fill customer needs.
-Develop the team, plan and implement strategies to generate resources, profit and growth for the company
-Meet and exceed sales target of condominium products
-Reviews activity reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
-Develop future leadership within the organization
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Qualifications and Education Requirements
-Age 25 – 35
-Male or Female.
-Bachelor degree in Business Administrative field or related.
-At least 4-year experience in real estate industry.
-Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.
-Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
-Good communication, and demonstrated customer service skills
-Able to work under pressure and good at team work.
-Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite
-Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus).
