- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies, orders replacement supplies as needed
- Record and keep document in-out from ministry and other admin task
- Prepare document for Ministry required
- Organizing meeting room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
- Prepare company event: staff trip, annual party….
- Daily record in-out stationary and cleaning material
- Weekly and monthly report of stationary and cleaning material
- Prepare other request submit to finance department
- Search quotations and purchasing materials and supporting each department for what their needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Fresh graduated encourage to apply
- Good English writing and speaking English
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in regard to job duties
- Good communication skill
