Job Description

Section 1: Internal Operation: 

1. Controlling on daily office adminstration and staff 

2. Laision with intenal team to perform various duties assigned by management team

3. Other details may changes from time to time base on the company need and structure 


Section 2: External Operation: 

Govermental relation: working closely with MEF, Department of Labor, Department Imigration and other govermental related activities such as: 

1.1. MEF: renewal comany license, aministration paper and annual subscription fee payout and other related base on the latest regulatory obligation 

1.2. DoL: work on staff movement [in and out], labour compliance inpsection, foriegn labour inspection, join-departmental inspection, shop steward election and administration, foriegn quota request, forign workpermit, Cambodian workpermit, NSSF compliance and other obligation of the company to legal duties to Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training 

1.3. DoI: work on foriegn labour inspection, join-departmental inspection, visa extension, forign workpermit, and other related bligation of the company to legal duties to Department of Imigration 

Section 3: Strategic Allignment 

1. From time to time: the position holder will be reponsible for creation of strategy and policy that govern the operational work of him/herself as well as other staff as assigned by management. The strategy and policy will be straighly focus on administration and operation with designed framework from mangement team 

Section 4: Training and Event Coordination 

1. This position may be assigned by the management team to coordinate various meeting, training and event internnally and externally 

2. In addition, the position will be assigned to summarize, analyze and presenting the reports to top management  

Section 5: The tasks and duties co-developed by management team and psoition holder to tacle to existing need of the businesses as well as anticipating the future need of the business operation such as: 

1. Prepare and purchase the office supplies as stationary and other materials and 

2. To be responsible for documentation and orientation for new staffs

3. To check attendance report

4. Analyze the cost and spending, and make the budget plan, 

5. Do daily report to manager about daily admin operation,

6. Monthly report of supplies usage from all departments and other duties as assigned by managment 
equipment required


Job Requirements

1. Good Commnad of English

2. Good Command of Khmer Official Letter and Communication with Official 

3. Good Computer Skills Such as: Words, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access [Other added values] 

4. Experience at least one year especially working with government official/ministry/department of labour

5. Accountable and Flexible 

6. Cheerful and Enegertic
