· Deliver sales revenue as per company goal and objectives

· Monitor competitive landscape and activities for weekly report to top management for better understand of market industry
· Execute and evaluate the key result of media spend on all media tools and make use of those mediums
· Others task that will be assigned by General Manager and Chainman
1. Motivation entire sales team to perform meet or exceed Sales Quota and KPIs
2. Monitoring sales processes performing by agent from stage C01-C06 on daily basis.
3. Engaging with Supervisor and Agent to close deals.
4. Provide Sales Training to agent including role-play and soft-skill training to sales supervisors.
5. Fully re-enforced Selling Processes to make sure effectively implementing Agent Playbook
6. Coaching and developing supervisors to be top performer.
7. Leading weekly Sales Meeting and monthly agent meeting.
8. Monthly Sales Analysis with Summary Monthly report to GM/Chairman including Sales Activities, Market Trend and Competitors Intelligence.
