Job Description

Work occasional evenings and weekends;
Provide secure and timely driving services;
Act as a Deputy Drivers & Logistics Supervisor;
Update monthly mileage records;
Perform occasional handyman jobs;
Schedule annual vehicle examination;
Perform preventative and regular maintenance on the vehicle.
Manage a fleet of drivers to ensure on-time service and efficiency.
Develop relationship with drivers to improve performance and encourage retention.
Communicate customer needs to drivers through dispatch instruction.
Ensure driver and other transportation safety procedures are followed.
Review and authorize driver pay related items.
Maximize equipment utilization and driver pay.
Act as the driver advocate toward internal departments to answer driver questions, driver concerns, and/or resolve issues.
Work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.

Job Requirements

Be flexible in working hours (Able to work nights, some holidays, and weekends if needed)
Have 1 year or more experience in Logistics field and related fields
Excellent English & Khmer communication skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing);
Good command of Chinese is a PLUS
Effective communication skills;
Obtain basic computer skills;
Good navigation skills;
Obtain good knowledge of efficient driving routes;
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
Able to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations;
Able to work under pressure and patient
Highly adaptive to new situations and environment;
Be able to work with a team and be willing to grow and challenged in new areas;
