• Design end-to-end customer journey and identify initiatives to drive better customer experience and company strategy
• Work with the team and organanistaion to identify CE pain points, moments of truth and improvement areas on all products and services provided
• Conduct comparative landscapes across the telecommunications industry and across industries around the world
• Support Head of Customer Experience to drive and develop new and refreshing CE ideas and plan initiatives to execute these opportunities
• Provide quality assurance on all CE driven and improvement initiatives and present feedback and areas of improvement to respective function owners
• Champion touch points and customer insights initiatives by systematically reviewing progress on all analysis conducted within the team to ensure adherence to timelines
• Ensure all functions within the team have a clear sense of direction and a common understanding of individual and team responsibilities
• Sponsor activities to maintain a healthy and motivated workforce
• Stay abreast of new and emerging customer experience topics/trends
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years or more of related experience with experience in service industry
• Ability to write reports, draft policy and procedure items.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Strong deductive skills, with exceptional problem-solving capabilities
• Confident and self-assured while putting others at ease. Strong problem-solving skills, creative and resourceful, ability to find new approaches and solutions
• Ability to work and collaborate with other people and teams within the organisation
• Experience in customer experience / service related initiatives and customer transformation journey; and strong understanding in the local culture and customer behaviour
• Able to help drive initiatives from design to execution
• Meticulous in execution, ability to own and drive outcomes
• Able to create a positive working relationship with key team members within the organization internally and related partners externally
