- Preparing and managing our monthly & annual budgets and report which covers the financial
Performance of the asset, operating budgets & capex,leasing matters,rental collect,etc.
- Manage and control operating expenses (inflow eg. Invoicing & outflow eg. Expenses approveal)to maximize
Net property income for properties.
- Verify all payment and claims.
- All leasing related matters such as sourcing for prospect, build up relationship with property agency, tenants, etc to build
Up data and customer base.
- Customer relationship management such as working through solutions to meet residences / tenants/
Public requests, handling complaint & Feedback, etc.
- Review existing policies and practice to achieve desired results.
- Responsible for putting up proposals and updating of property progress to management.
- Manage and oversees day to day operation, term contractors, etc.
- Monthly audit & evaluate awarded contractor performance
- Planning for marketing & advertising event .
