As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding and tracking customer inquiries. Our CSR’s enhance our sales and workforce teams, so that we can continue to provide dependability and quality service as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Bilingual English / Chinese a plus!
Our shifts range between:
Full Time (FT): 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday through Saturday).
Part Time (PT): 7:00 am - 9:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday include Public Holidays).
Full Time and Part Time positions are available.
· Inbound calls relating to existing and new service
· Scheduling service appointments and sales leads
· Data Entry while ensuring accuracy of information
· Office Operating Support
