Job Description

1. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures Administration 
2. Staff KPI management
3. Strong understanding of Cambodian Labor Law and keep up to date with regular changes released by the Government of Cambodia
4. Provide a clear understanding/training to management of Cambodian Labor Law 
5. Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program (bonuses & commission) 
6. Conducting annual salary surveys to ensure we are remunerating individuals at market rate and not over or under paying 
7. Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program 
8. Provide warnings in line with Cambodian labor law if an employee is not performing 
9. Manage conflict and disputes within individuals, teams and departments ensuring we are always adhering to company values and seeking the best outcome for the company and the individuals 
10. Maintaining company directory and other organizational chart 
11. Managing admin of employee insurance (local & international)
12. Managing admin of foreign employee work permits 
13. Deliver onboarding training 
14. Ensure well developing all employees through internal training including within departments and cross departments
15. Review and develop internal training material for all departments
16. Others tasks assigned by General Manager.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or other related field 
• Professional certification in HR Management
• Profound knowledge on Cambodia Labor Law
• Exceptional level in policies design and development skills
• Excellent and demonstrated coaching, feedback and people development skills
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and team player
• Significant experience in managing Human Resource Information Systems, recruitment, labor and employee relations
• Ability to create a pleasant working environment and lower turnover rates
• Can work under pressure
• Good command of English
