To handle all MEP services according to assigned site which will have different requirements depending on the secured Job Contract from Client/Customers Mechanical or Electrical or ELV or Plumbing or Fire-Fighting or ALL of them).
To perform and lead MEP Material BOQ Take-off from Tender Drawings (Start of Project).
To calculate manhour for MEP Direct Labour as per Tender Drawings (Start of Project).
To follow-up and track all Document Submission Approvals (Material Approvals, Shop Drawings, Work Method Statements, ITPs, Request For Information’s (RFIs) and etc.) on a weekly basis.
To lead and be responsible in the preparation and organizing site works (daily, weekly, monthly basis).
To prepare Material Request (MR)
To check and ensure Site Installations work is fully in compliance with the latest Approved Shop drawings/ Approved Work Method Statement.
To prepare RFI (Request for Information) if certain doubts/questions arises concerning Site Installation Work that will hinder/ stop the progress of your work which will lead to the delay of the project completion.
To track and monitor Site Installation Progress against the Master/Baseline Work Program.
To check and ensure good quality of workmanship is executed at site to avoid double handling work and unnecessary NCRs being issued by the Consultants/ Clients.
To coordinate and provide adequate support and assistance to T&C Department.
To be responsible on ALL requirements related to Health and Safety (HSE) matters.
To prepare 4 weeks Look-ahead Work Program.
To prepare Monthly Progress Report.
To assist PM on the preparation of Project Handover Documents.
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years’ experiences related to site works management.
Project management and Communication Skill.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Computer literacy especially MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
Fluent in English.
