Gain a deep understanding of customer segmentation, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive for growth
Create product vision both internally and with key external partners, and ensuring the product or brand objectives are achieved within the approved resources
Manage information gaps, market research, and assess competitive activities
Manage product / brand plan and develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Drive product launches including working with stakeholders and other team members to ensure successful launching
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Define promo mats (brochures, gimmicks, documents…) to be used in the year.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting the target customers to solicit feedback on company products
Ensure that field force understand the communication strategy and the action plan by providing them the training, and regular plan of action (POA) in a simplified vision
~ University degree in field of medical ( Diploma of Pharmacist / Medical Doctor )
~ Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager or medico marketing lead at least 2 years
Knowledge & Skills:
~ Solid background and understanding of Cambodia pharmaceutical industry
~ Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
~ Strong problem solving skills
~ Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
~ Good written and verbal communication skills both English and Khmer
